Olivia began piano lessons at age 6 and by the age of 16, had her first professional gig at the Filipino American Christian Church where she played in their services and musicals.

She attended Metropolitan State College of Denver and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in music. During her time there, she studied with renowned jazz trumpeter Ron Miles. After graduating, she continued her studies with pianists Eric Gunnison and Art Lande.

A versatile player, Olivia is involved in many diverse musical projects spanning multiple genres. Highlights include The Reminders, Neil Haverstick, Hugh Ragin, James Barela, and CMEA. She has recorded an album with 70’s fusion band Heavy Feather and played Microstock, a microtonal concert featuring 19 tone piano. She has also assisted as music director at Zion Baptist Church where she played organ, piano, and keys, and assisted in conducting the choirs. Currently you can catch her play with 10 piece international powerhouse band, Jyemo Club.

Jacob Larson combines his powerhouse vocals with classic instrumentation and an old-school approach to music that just about everyone loves. Digging inspiration from the roots of soul religion, he and the Jacob Larson Band share their own take on such notable influences as Tower of Power, Stevie Wonder, Sam Cooke and Earth, Wind, and Fire.

Jacob, a prodigious entertainer with a strong and soulful voice, leads the band with true dynamic flair and presence, delivering the goods with a performance that moves and excites concert-goers of all ages.
